Dawn's Fashion 101 for Spring/Summer '07

Hey ladies!!

Now that spring has sprung, bright colors are everywhere. What is in this season is bright, bold colors and short, short hemlines; but if you do dare to don the short shorts make sure you balance it out with a conservative top- try a billowy long sleeved top or one of those trapeze styles. Metallics and lucite are also b-i-g. Lucite showed up in shoes and jewelry and metallics showed up in clothes, bags and shoes keeping in stride with the futuristic look. Take a look at Dolce&Gabanna and Balenciaga for inspiration on the look.

The shoes are tall, stacked, colorful, patent, lucite heeled and can have awesome cutout heels. See Jill Sander's hot patent cutout heels or Louis Vuittons cute cutout wedges.
The jeans and pants are either skinny or wide legged and slouchy. Are you a sporty gal? That's fine with sporty tops, dresses and shoes all over the fashion mags. Calvin Klein and Jean Paul Gaultier did just that this season.

There are so many different looks and moods set by all the designers, so be individual and show off the season's best with your own hot accessories and personal style.
